A little about me ...
I have been doing sinus surgery since 1991. In 2006 I was one of the first surgeons in the world trained in Balloon Sinuplasty. I was appointed to the Rhinology and Paranasal Sinus committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology in 2009. This committee is composed of sinus specialists who help make policy and advise the American Academy of Otolaryngology on sinus related issues. I am a consultant for Entellus Medical of Minneapolis, MN, a sinus balloon company bringing new sinus technologies to market. I am also a consultant for Stryker medical on sinus technologies, particularly the use of computer assisted sinus surgery. I am on the planning committee of the Foundation for Innovation, Education, and Research in Otolaryngology (FIERO). This is a nationwide organization dedicated to promoting and education Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons on leading edge technology. These connections help me stay plugged-in to the latest developments in my field and what they can offer my patients.
