We have worked with insurance companies and are happy to work with yours. If you would like to apply your insurance to our packages, please ask your insurance company representative to call us at 305.504.8470 and we will try to work out a contract on your behalf. Please submit this form and let us know which insurance plan we should connect with next! You may also consider calling your insurance company and ask if they will reimburse you for the service you get through Surgeo.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and wire transfer. Payment is collected once the surgeon you choose accepts your case after the review of your inquiry and medical records.

Financing options are available for applicants, who may be someone other than the patient, who have a physical address in the U.S., a social security number, and a credit score of at least 640. Please see the Financing section for more information.

Some of our procedures are packaged to include Surgeo Security, which offers specified benefits and directly pays facilities and others in the event of complications. In the case of other procedures, you pay for complications.

There are many factors that influence the costs of surgery, including base facility rates, equipment availability, and others.

This is your surgery and this is your choice. You choose your surgery package.

Surgeo is not a medical practice and does not provide medical opinions.

The surgeons who you will find on Surgeo do provide medical opinions. Every one of Surgeo's packages includes a pre-operative consultation with your surgeon. This consultation gives you the chance to ask as many questions as you want. You can also get a preliminary answer from the surgeon you have chosen by filling out the Consultation Request Form. Surgeo will transmit this form to your surgeon and report back any opinions or comments your surgeon may have before you go for your pre-operative consultation.
